True Friends Never Betray :)

It’s been a long time I haven’t meet my friends back home, around 3 months? Maybe all of you think I exaggerate it but really, I missed them so much. This is our last meeting in Jakarta Airport, Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Hopefully, I will meet them again in two months time. Not that I didn't enjoy my time in NAFA or with NAFA’s friends, but because my friends back there in Jakarta always be with me for 5-6 years and I miss the time to be with them. Our bonds are just like brother and sisters. There were times when I really missed them and it’s when I had a hard time doing my work here. And here the things that I keep believing, “True friends never betray”. LOVE YOU GUYS! *MUAH* ^^

SUBWAY

So sorry if it's only the tissue that I took =,=

Actually I ate it before, the bread i mean. The truth, that’s the first time I ate Subway. I don't like to eat sandwiches before. But then, when I saw the menu, they have tuna filling so I tried it and it tasted so nice! Tuna filling with lettuce and pickles topped with barbeque sauce glaze. It’s enough to make me salivate. I chose parmesan oregano for the bread and it taste nice and crunchy! When I bought it, they got this promotion where we pay five dollars for 6-inches bread plus drink. SO CHEAP! Afterwards, I keep eating Subway like once or twice a week.

INFINITE - New Challenge

Here’s another mini album that I bought half a year ago!  This time is another group’s album that I buy, which is INFINITE (인피니트). In this album, I got the photo card of the member that I like again! It’s Lee Sungjong! I really hyped up when I got this and here I bought it too to Singapore. Actually, my friend who bought this too opened the album and got him. Then she opened mine and got another member. Because she don't really like Sungjong, so she trade it with mine and as the result, I got the member that I like! What a lucky me^^ okay then, have a nice day guys~

Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream

Hey there! Welcome to ice cream paradise~ this is a picture of ice cream that I ate like one year ago. Wondering what ice cream is this? Ta-dah! This is Häagen-Dazs ice cream that I bought at Jakarta. This is a dessert that makes you salivate. You can see the beautiful of this dessert of chocolate and strawberry ice cream on top of three small pieces of chocolate brownies with whip cream beside and topped with strawberry piece, not to forget the chocolate syrup spread on the plate. I just like how it looks and it also taste so nice! How they decorate it seems simple but nice to see and feeling high class. The ice cream melts in your mouth with the crunchy yet soft brownies combined together. I really miss the taste back then and hope I can eat it soon again, in Indonesia of course. Have a nice day~

COUPLE

This is the drawing that I draw during class in my 12th grade. I imitate the picture of my schedule book’s cover drawing. So, basically, it’s not my original idea but I did drew this my own and I added some of the balloon text myself with Japanese hiragana. I just drew this out of the boredom class. The meaning of the Japanese word is “I love you”. I found this drawing, the actual one, is so cute. That’s why I drew it again my own. I like to redraw cute pictures and modify it a little where it’s my specialty, not that I want to be a forger. Have a nice day~

Teru Teru Bouzu

Do you know the doll that is used to prevent rain? It’s Teru Teru Bouzu! It’s a Japanese doll that most of the people there use this and it’s small in size usually. But, they make it big in front of this parkland, Fuji Q Highland. They made it cutely and I like it. This park located in Hamamatsu and it’s located where Mount Fuji sits. I went there 3 years ago with my family and friends. When we reached at Fuji Q Highland, I immediately saw this gigantic teru teru and catch my eye. I took my camera and took a photo of it. What a unique thing there they have ^^

Beagle Pen

Here is my cute and fluffy pen from Switzerland! It's a Beagle Dog! It wears a Switzerland flag shier and it has long legs. It’s so small, which is really cute. The real Beagle is as cute as this pen. However, the real thing is quite big. They sell this a pen in a store along the streets of Switzerland’s downtown. They sell many things there and they have many souvenir stores that can be visited by tourist like me. Other than this pen, I also bought a doll, which is really cute and fluffy yet, looks really alike with the real one. They got a nice scenery and it’s fun being there. Have a nice day guys~

One Pack Of Sushi Coming Up!

This is exactly a gigantic sushi packet! It’s from a sushi store called Sushi Kiosk, which is Sushi Tei’s small branch. They sell it in a small kiosk and got it ready to be packed home. They sell it a bit cheaper than Sushi Tei. I ate this platter when my friends invited both of their friends, which is also my friends, on her b
irthday, so the pay is on them. This platter contains many kind of sushi in one whole package. It seems like a sushi festival, which is really nice! I really like how they serve it and really seems so fun and festive like, which really fits the event. How I miss this time and my hometown ^^

THE GINGERBREAD MAN ON THE WAY!

If you watch Shrek, you will know who is this. Yes! It’s The Gingerbread Man! And yes he’s ginger bread but a little bit special, which can talk. Surprise? Well he can be called Gingy and he’s a bit cocky yet cute in my opinion. He’s so loud and cannot stop. Fortunately the doll that I bought can’t talk,. If it can, then I will throw it away? Anyway, this doll is so fluffy and it’s a medium size. I chose to buy this after thinking for a while. Me, myself, like him even though he’s quite loud and with his character, he’s a one cute character in Shrek. That’s all then, and have a nice day ^^

"C" Jelly

I found this jelly by coincidence. Well, my mom bought many of this jelly with different letters on top of it. I ate the other one for the first time. Then. At the second time, I want to eat a strawberry flavor jelly and when I looked at the letter that I picked, it’s a ‘C’ letter, which an initial of my name! And so, I took a photo of this jelly before I ate it. When I went through my photo to post it to this blog, I found it and I think I should share it with here. Okay, that’s all and have a nice day~

Marina Bay Sands

Hmm… this is nothing special actually for Singaporeans. But oh well,  I share this for fun and I think I shot a quite nice angle of it. I took this from Gardens By The Bay and it turned out to be a nice view. There, in the center, they got some statues standing there as a decoration as I saw it. It felt really nice to see scenery with many of trees among the building. It seems that this tower surrounded by many trees that looks green and fresh. It’s actually the first time I went to Gardens By The Bay, so I took many pictures and it turns out that this photo is the best picture from the entire photo that I took that day there. That’s all and have a nice nice day ^^

Dung Dung Ice Cream

There I share another ice cream photo. This one is rather different with the other one that I posted before. This one is just a normal packed ice cream from Walls. I never tried this but my friend who told me this just for a joke. At first I don't know that this ice cream exist and I coincidently found this on a supermarket. I laughed and took a photo of it and tell it to my friends. This ice cream has a natural taste like coconut flavor. I bet this ice cream has a nice taste and it also have many other flavors which is so Indonesian like taste. That’s all for now. Have a nice day ^^

Anti-Electormagnetic Sticker by ARTBOX

This is one of the things that I recently put on my laptop and it’s an anti electromagnetic sticker! It have three heart shape above a Korean hangul word written 사랑해 (Saranghae), means “I LOVE YOU” in Korean. It’s just really cute. I bought this at Jakarta’s Artbox. I like it when I paste something cute on my device. I didn't buy this as a mere accessories but it can prevent me to get electrocuted when I charge my metal laptop (Macbook). It really works and it decorated my simple silver laptop in more colored laptop. Have a nice day ^^

Vanilla Chocolate by STARBUCKS

Before I only post foods and now I will post a drink topic! Here is my favorite drink, which is Starbucks! However, I only buy chocolate drinks there, not the coffee. It’s not that I hate or doesn't like coffee, but I like chocolate more than coffee. The chocolate there is nice and what I like there is not just the chocolate, but they add some other taste like Hazelnut Chocolate, Caramel Chocolate which makes it taste different. The one in my photo is Vanilla Chocolate, which is a new flavor that hasn’t been put inside the menu. I only drink Hazelnut Chocolate before, so I tried a new one that is Vanilla Chocolate. It gives a sweet scent and taste of vanilla, which resemble milk chocolate. While hazelnut chocolate gives a bit tangy taste because of the hazelnut. That’s what I like about Hazelnut Chocolate there. Have a nice day and have some Hazelnut and Vanilla Chocolate from Starbucks ^^

P.S don't mind the wrong spelling of “CLAM” instead of “CALM” from the employee :P

Lucky Animal Sticker

PIG! PIG! PIG! I like pig and this is what I bought. This is a sticker of pig from Scoop. I search it for a long long long time! Then I got to buy it hopefully. This is not the normal sticker but it can be used as monitor cleaner. I don't think Singapore has it and Singapore doesn’t have the store, which is Scoop. That’s why I really miss my hometown, Jakarta. I haven’t open this because I want to paste it on my new laptop later on.  That’s all for now. Have a nice day people~

WINE !

Wine, seems so classy and high class. It has the feeling for that even though they also have the cheap one. When I first try beer when I was small, out of curiosity, and I didn't like it because of its bitter taste. But after I watch a Japanese drama, which tells about wine, I got interested and I tried wine. It taste bitter and sour because I just drink the not popular one. But then, I tried to learn to drink wine because wine also good for our health. Then I drink it again in a restaurant to celebrate 15 days after Chinese New Year. I drank it and it taste a bit bitter but I enjoy it. Unfortunately, I forget the name of the wine that I drank that time. However, I drank the best wine I ever tasted before in New Zealand, which is Cabernet Sauvignon, which takes place as the 5 most delicious wine in the world. That’s all the story about me and my wine ^^ Have a nice day~

My First Rings ^^

From the title, it does not mean that this rings was given from my boyfriend or something. It is just that this is my first time to buy my on rings. At first I’m not interested thing like rings and I feel like it’s really a hindrance and uncomfortable to wear. But from time to time, I realize that I think it’s fun to wear it and seems nice. So, I went to this one store, Forever 21, then I found rings corner and went through it. Then, I found this one ring that suits me and I tried and it’s really cool. Then I saw triple with similar pattern and that’s the one that I have been searching for. Then I bought both of the rings and here they stay with me forever ^^ yeay~

I’m one of their fans, a B2uty (read: Beauty). I asked my friend to help me buy that album. It’s their 5th album already after they debuted in 2009 with their debut song “Bad Girl”. They captivate me with their charm and their voice. And especially for this album gives me a surprise where I got my bias’ photo card, Jang Hyunseung. I got hyped up when I knew I got his photo card with his autograph at the back. This mini album contains great songs and they packaged it nicely with some chain attached on the mask. Then, I bought their full album after this mini album that I haven’t got it in my hand. Can’t wait for their album go into my hands >< Have a nice day~

Favorite Korean food? KIMCHI FRIED RICE !

Nyam~ here I share my photo of my Kimchi Fried Rice and I like it a lot, even though the portion is too big for me. I first tried this in my secondary school when my friend who wants to go to Korea to study ask my friends and me to try the kimchi fried rice and I like it. Then I came here to Singapore to study and found this one Korean food stall at Kopitiam behind NAFA. I tried it for the second time and it’s totally delicious and addictive. Then afterwards, I ate it again and still makes me want to eat it again but I haven’t eat it again even now =,=. I will eat it again and I recommend this place to the people who likes to eat Korean food ^^ Have a taste and have a nice day~

Giant Crane In Cathay

About two weeks ago, me, and two of my friends went to a mall, Cathay, to watch a movie, Conan. We already decided to watch it because we have a holiday afterwards and to release our stress from our works. We went there to check but unfortunately, because it’s a special screening, the price went up to S$13! We got shocked because of the expensiveness of that film. And so, we gave up and then we saw this big paper crane hanging on the ceiling of the mall. I looked up and it’s so beautiful and I took a photo of this crane. It filled the whole simple white interior inside he mall. It just hangs there in the middle of the mall. Then, we headed out from that mall and went to another mall. There my story about this big beautiful crane ^^ Have a nice day~

MR. CURRY!

Here I posted a picture of food…again. Don’t be sick of it because I want to tell all people the pleasant to eat a lot of nice food and here I share the photo of food in Indonesia again. I just love the food that they have in Indonesia that has many variant of food from all around the world. This is one of favorite food from Japan, JAPANESE CURRY RICE! We knew that we have many kinds of curry around the world. But for me, I like Japanese curry the most because of its unique taste. I ate this at Jakarta, Indonesia, in Grand Indonesia Mall. The store’s name is ‘Mr. Curry’ and they sell quite expensive food but it taste really nice and it’s a lot too. But then, this restaurant closed and moves to another mall, which makes me really sad.

Broken Chair :|

What a funny day == Here I took a picture of my roommate’s chair before and after. Curious why is it different and stated as before and after? Here I tell you what’s behind this edited photo. We got our own chair in our hostel room. Mine is in blue color and my friend’s is in white color. What happened was we watched a film and laughed out loud because it’s really funny, she suddenly felt that the chair getting shorter a bit and “BAM!”, the chair fall apart along with her. The room gone silent and in a shocked state, we just stare each other and stare the chair. She stands and we saw the chair broke and the screw came off with some of the parts of the chair broke. Then we told our maid and she changed it to an existing one which is blue colored chair. We laughed and I took the picture of the broken one and the new one and here is the evidence for that. What a day~

Paris Baguette, ROYAL PUDDING~!

On a rainy Monday afternoon, I went to this one café named Paris Baguette Café. This shop sells of course many things such as pastry, cake, some salad, and other desserts and drinks. However, not only those food hat I mention I am looking for. The most anticipate food that comes to Paris Baguette is the PUDDING! They have many flavors such as original, coffee, mango, and also the upcoming flavor, chocolate flavor. They also sell per box and it cost cheaper (of course==) with 3 flavors all inside, so it is 2 per flavor inside those one box. The sad thing is I forgot to bring it home (so lame of me =,=). I went to my friend’s house after I bought this pudding with my friend. And so, after I ate my dinner there, I completely forgot about the pudding and just left it on the table. After my friend and me rode our bus, she text my friend and tell about our forgotten pudding. So I cannot taste how it was like. But all of my friends who already tried this royal pudding told me that those puddings are amazingly delicious and it is worth to buy, even though it is a bit expensive though, 4 dollars for the original one, and 4.5 dollars for the other flavors. Many people buy this and that is the reason of the long wait on the line. This shop full of Korean employees and Korean patisseries and that is because this café is originally from Korea. Because of that background, this shop also filled with Korean songs. And so, the life of our pudding still alive in my friend’s house, until the next day. *haup* YUM~

Different Type, Different Moments

Here I collect my photos of my friend and me using a Polaroid and from the photo booth. I took this picture 2 years ago. As you can see, I took it when it’s my 16th birthday and one of the Polaroid where I wore a red shirt is when I was invited to my friend’s (the one besides me) nephew. It’s a happy moment, which I really treasure it. When I thinking back to that moment, it makes me happy. Even when I’m break down, I remember to the moment where I still have m friends to support me from behind. That’s why different kind of photo you have, it brings a different moment and feelings ^^ Have a nice day~

Bonjour's Strawberry Shortcake

I think it’s about one and a half year ago I went to this heavenly place, Bonjour patisserie shop. This shop is located in Grand Indonesia Mall in Jakarta, Indonesia, which is my lovely hometown. After I had my dinner, I went pass this store and it attracts me and so I went inside where I saw one of my wanted cake that I have longed for, STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE! I always saw it over a year and it’s the first time I saw the real thing in Jakarta. I bought it for 30.000 Rupiah (around 3.5 dollar). It taste like heaven with the beautiful and simple decoration above it, which makes you won’t regret to buy it. No wonder it taste so great because the Japanese Patisserie who made it by himself. But after that, I never try it again because it’s too expensive for a cake. Hopefully I will try it again in Japan itself ^^ YUM~

Because they are so popular, they made a concert called “Live On Earth” in many different countries, one of them is Singapore. JOGER JELEK! by JOGER, Bali

"JOGER JELEK"! That's one thing that Indonesia people mostly know what it means of that. Right, it's Bali's famous sandals that they sell as a souvenirs and people tend to buy it there. The slogan of this Joger brand means "Ugly Joger*. My sister bought it for me when she visited Bali with my mom and dad on Hari Raya holiday. And here I am doing all the work for college when they just happily spending their holiday in Bali. This slippers has my favorite colour on it, pink and blue, bubblegum colour. My sister sure know my favorite colour, huh? It's nice to wear this sandals because of it's comfortable design and especially, it's flat sole. But still, the thing that atrracts me is the colour and the slogan on it ^^ Have a nice nice day~

LA.DU.RÉE!

LA.DU.RÉE~ It's the food that everybody wants to eat once in their life. Yes! It's MACAROONS ! I haven't try those delicious and attractive food. But everyone who already try them, they say that is so delicious like they want to eat it more and more. I took this photo at ION, Orchard, Singapore. I passed this store when I headed to Art Friend to buy things for my stuff. What makes people like to but and stopped to stare the shop is because they display it nicely and attractively. The macaroons have many colours on each piece and different flavor to be tasted. Because of that, people got atrracted to it, so am I. However, the price is beyond normal just for that one piece of a dessert, which makes me down when thinking about the price -,- But I hope I can try it in the future ^^ Have a nice day~

My First Entry ^^ HERE COMES JAPANESE CURRY !!! *HAUP*

First post on my blog. New thing, because I haven’t done this before. So, for starters, I post this photo, which is food! This is a Japanese food that I like, Chicken Katsu Curry Rice. How? Because it has a unique flavor (in my opinion), which is different from, the Indian curry and it taste so nice that can make you droll. And also, it contains many ingredients such as potato, carrot, onion and others.  I ate this at Bugis Junction’s Food Court. Truthfully, I went there at one time and ate other food and then I saw this Japanese Food stall, which successfully makes me regret to not buy the food there. Anyway, it’s apparently because I miss my hometown’s food, which is in Indonesia, because I often eat Japanese food there such as Sushi Tei, Sushi Kiosk, and Kiyadon. I haven’t try Singapore’s Sushi Tei but I know that inhere, the price is much expensive then in Jakarta, Indonesia. And also, I want to eat other food other than Singaporean’s food, but Singapore’s food are also nice actually, just…want to try other things though. I think everybody thinking why I post this picture. Sure it is nothing too special about it. It just that I want to share how yummy other country’s food and I tend to enjoy them. Also not forget to mention it, not everyone likes curry rice, which is not a common food. Like what I mention before. Try anything does not harm you or even regrets you. It all comes to experience that count :) Have a nice day!
